Employees can only be productive if they have all of the office supplies and equipment they need to perform their tasks. They will also feel good that you care enough to give them whatever you can to make them comfortable, from their workplace to the materials they need.

The morale of your employees is improved when they know they can talk to you directly, offer their opinions, and discuss whatever concerns they have that can affect their performance at work. When employees are afraid to approach their employer, it does not help them do better at work.
