  1. Good Posture While Sitting

A good posture is often neglected by many people overlooking its importance, however, the fact is, posture means the shape of the spine and the spine is something on which the majority of the body relies. You should sit with the bottom of your back tucked to the chair’s curvature and your legs at a ninety-degree angle with the chair. To be healthy while working one needs to take a little initiative towards the goal and take up solutions to the extent that they can. One can be healthy even while working if one is willing to put in the effort.
