A reliable system should identify any arising issues that might impend production and send notifications promptly. It should also have enough real-time data that allows complete monitoring. The system should also come with enough backup for tracking any recurrent issues.

Accuracy 

Manual systems are quite prone to errors like double billing, under billing, among other erroneous applications. While determining the success of your automation success, consider how much it elevates the errors. A successful system does not require you to monitor to ensure accuracy.

Reliability 

One of the concerns that come with the human resource is you are never too sure of what to expect. They are prone to sickness, seeking off days, and tire. While these are natural occurrences, they affect your productivity in the long run. This is different from automated systems that come with defined limits. To measure the success of the computerized system, you only have to confirm if it hits the set targets. In case it does not hit targets, you can quickly correct or replace the order.
