· Wall thickness:

A bridge is a plastic material connecting two parts of your model. A bridge is not required in all the printing models, but some products require a bridge. You have to keep the length of the bridge as small as possible. If there is a considerable distance between two anchoring points, the bridge will need support. So it’s better to shorten the length.
While making holes in your model, keep in mind that 3D printers do not make precisely the same hole as you desired—3D printers design the circle of your hole as a polygon. The vertices of this polygon touch the circumference of your hole’s circle. Always create your hole diameter a bit larger than your desired one because 3D printers make the hole a bit smaller. Also, keep in mind that you can increase your hole’s size if it comes out to be small, but you cannot decrease your circle’s hole diameter.
An overhang is any part of a print that extends outward, beyond the previous layer, without any direct support. An overhang can usually be printed up to 45 degrees without loss of quality. · Fillets and champers:
The fillet is a technique in 3D modeling to round or flatten edges of rectilinear objects. In 3D Printing, thin parts are weak and brittle. These parts are very delicate and can get broken. So to make these parts strong, we suggest you use fillets and champers. Fillets form a curve on the connecting portion of that attached part. It strengths the fragile protruding part.
